For this reason, this research emphasizes that women if they have the same skills and performance necessary to practice this profession, when exercising their work they are the point of attraction, where their beauty attracts the public's gaze. As well as the experiences and opinions of women journalists from the local sports media and my knowledge, you will verify with this article if female participation in sports programs really hinders the work of women in this area. |

Un papel que normalmente el hombre desempeñaba, sin embargo, se han generado críticas de varios estereotipos en desfavor de ellas tanto del mismo género y del género masculino. Por tal motivo, la presente investigación recalca que las mujeres si poseen las mismas aptitudes y desempeño necesario para ejercer esta profesión, al ejercer su labor son ellas el punto de atracción, donde su belleza atrae la mirada del público.
