Perineal tears have been found to be a consequence of the age of the patients. The immaturity of the young patients generates complications due to the narrowness of the soft canal. It is concluded that the nursing interventions and also the medical treatment became of vital importance for the patient, thus improving her state of health in a satisfactory way. |

It is concluded that the nursing interventions and also the medical treatment became of vital importance for the patient, thus improving her state of health in a satisfactory way.La presente investigación se trata de paciente femenina de 25 años de edad con desgarro perianal grado 1, el mismo que tuvo como objetivo elaborar un proceso atención de enfermería en paciente fémina de 25 años de edad por desgarro perineal grado I. siendo el traumatismo perineal grado I desgarros vaginales con menor gravedad y que solo involucran el perineo, es decir, la piel entre la abertura vaginal y el recto y el tejido que se lo va a encontrar directamente debajo de la piel. Los desgarros perineales se han encontrado que son en consecuencia de la edad de los pacientes. Al presentar inmadurez los jóvenes generan complicaciones debido a su estrechez en el canal blando.
