Summary:The exposed case study results from the union of the variables business virtual environments and their effect on administrative management within the commercial “Variedades 1” in the city of Babahoyo, Province of Los Ríos, a theme that has become important in the business world and has transformed the world of work. The focus of this research work is to identify the link that exists between both variables and how one affects the other and how together affect the company. The information compiled with concepts from various authors and varied sources, allowed to know the advantages of a virtual environment within any business entity, because technology improves every process and provides tools to perform tasks. Good administrative management improves working conditions, this is what every company requires today, that is achieved with the implementation of a virtual environment that allows the work development activity more effectively. To obtain the information, the descriptive method was used, with which it was possible to determine details about the variables, as a complement the survey technique was used that made known the needs that were presented in the commercial. It was concluded by determining the importance of the two variables within the business and how not considering them previously has caused a slow advance and progress in the entity, which has directly affected profits, poor competitiveness and an image with little recognition within the local commerce.
