Summary:The study has the objective of determining the influence of social networks on the emotional well-being of an adolescent from an educational unit of the Quevedo canton of 2020, according to the Ecuadorian regulations on the covib-19 pandemic, this analysis was performed on the patient with the help from digital media such as telecommunication, to evaluate study techniques such as observation, interview, patient's medical history and the Questionnaire for adolescents using the social networks of the University of Murcia were used, where it was found that the patient manifests that it is difficult for him to concentrate in class, does not understand homework, sadness, irritability, does not enjoy doing any activity, Negative thoughts, little or almost no communication with his classmates (Social isolation), He has problems conceiving sleep and there are days who does not sleep insomnia and anxiety, the patient did collaborate with the psychological intervention, resulting in a mixed disorder anxious-depressive, it was determined that the patient goes through a mixed anxiety-depressive disorder, so that the symptoms of depression such as anxiety are not clear enough to be diagnosed separately, since they do not meet all the symptom category. . As a proposal, a psychotherapeutic plan will be given through passive relaxation therapy, through the course of 5 sessions, to reduce anxiety levels to be able to bring about any situation and create an adequate environment for the proper use of activities other than those that are Get used to it, taking into account their time for classes and homework.
