The cut-off points according to the World Health Organization (WHO), classify in Obesity grade III with very severe cardiovascular risk, as its biochemical values indicate that total cholesterol 258 mg / dl, LDL 136mg / dl and triglycerides 215 mg / dl , which gives a diagnosis of dyslipidemia, being a disease that is associated with degenerative development such as obesity, a hypocaloric, high fat, high fiber diet plan, divided into 5 meals a day, will also be offered promotion of adequate food and physical activity for the patient.
