This clinical case refers to an adult patient of 57 years of age, with a diagnosis of left kidney cancer, at the moment conscious oriented, afebrile, pale facies with vital signs within normal values, P / A: 135/78 mmHg, HR: 95 x1, FR: 20x 1, Tº: 36.8 ºC, SpO 2:93 %, abdomen painful dissent on palpation with the presence of palpable mass, patient manifests to be a moderate smoker, that is, he smokes between 10 to 15 cigarettes daily. Possible signs and symptoms of kidney cancer are hematuria, fatigue, weight loss, fever, plethora. The habit of smoking is responsible for a high percentage of cases of kidney cancer, quitting smoking, would reduce your risk of suffering from this disease.
