Control de bodega y manejo de inventario en la asociación de servicios de limpieza los ríos, de la ciudad de Babahoyo, en el primer semestre del periodo 2022-2023.

Warehouse control and inventory management at the Los Ríos Cleaning Services Association, located in Babahoyo, during the first semester of the 2022-2023 period, are crucial aspects for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This study focused on assessing and improving these processes, using financial indicators such as inventory turnover. The results revealed a high inventory turnover but also identified deficiencies in record accuracy, management of obsolete products, and staff training. It was recommended to implement automated tracking systems, regularly review inventory values, provide ongoing training, and establish clear inventory management policies based on the International Accounting Standard 2 (IAS 2). These measures aim to enhance efficiency, comply with international accounting standards, and ensure the timely availability of supplies for cleaning services, ultimately improving customer satisfaction.
