Περίληψη:SUMMARY The work was carried out in the lands of the experimental farm of the Ability of Agricultural Sciences of the Technical University of Babahoyo in the sector Palmar, located in Km 7,5 of the road Babahoyo-Montalvo. Fourteen treatments and three repetitions were investigated. The objective of this investigation was to evaluate the agronomic behavior of two varieties of rice in front of the fertilization application to foliate with the help of Boron, with the purpose of determining the most influential product on the yield in front of the applied treatments. The siembra of rice was made with the varieties INIAP-14 and F-09 in parcels of 16 m2. The treatments were distributed in a design of divided parcels. For the evaluation of stockings the test was used from Tukey to 5 % significance. At the end of the cycle of the cultivation height of plants, plants number for m2 was evaluated, grains for panicle, longitude and number of panicle m2, days to flowering, days to crop, number of grains for panicle, weight 1000 seeds and yield for hectare. The results determined that the agronomic characteristics of plant height, plants number and panicle/m2, panicle longitude and grains for panicle presented good results applying the treatments interaccionando with the varieties. The biggest yield in the cultivation (6444,72 kg/ha) it was presented applying YaraVita Bortrac 1,0 L/ha in the variety INIAP-14. The Witness presented the lowest averages in all the studied variability.
