La Gestión Administrativa del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial y su influencia en el desarrollo socio económico de la Parroquia San Juan del Cantón Puebloviejo

Administrative management within an organization is relevant for its proper functioning, and for it to be an effective influencer in the social and economic development of any environment. For this reason, the present investigation aims to determine the way in which the Administrative Management of the San Juan Parochial Autonomous Government of the Puebloviejo canton influences the social and economic development of the community, 2021. For its development, a non-experimental methodology was used. , and a mixed approach, as a technique a survey was applied to the sample made up of 7 public servants of the organization and 80 people from the town. The results showed that as far as the work of the GAD is concerned, results of the projects in territories have been shown, which have been socialized with the community, in addition to this, economic development programs are evident. It is then concluded that between the study variables, Administrative Management and Socioeconomic Development, there is a high significant correlation of 0.712.
