Son muchos los conceptos que podemos formular; pero solo uno resume y aclara nuestras dudas. Los valores cívicos son normas de comportamiento hacia la patria, sus emblemas y recursos históricos que la componen. Demostrar civismo no es algo de un minuto y nada más; es en todo momento, instante o lugar donde nos encontremos, sea dentro o fuera del país. Es lindo ver cuando los soldados llevan ese fervor y deseo ardiente de defender su patria, cuando por un instante vierten una lágrima y besan su bandera que lo identifican como patriota. Es lindo ver a los estudiantes, llevar su mano al pecho y cantar con voz sonora el himno que un día llevo a su nación hacia la libertad.
