Dicha dependencia se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Babahoyo, Provincia de los Ríos, está dirigido a la orientación del usuario para ubicar un puesto de trabajo y/o para mejoramiento del perfil laboral a través de una capacitación pertinente de la persona con discapacidad que está en búsqueda de ofertas laborales.
