Tóm tắt: | Cystic fibrosis is a multisystemic, genetic disease that can be said to be a type of chronic lung disease that is potentially life-threatening. It has a wide range of clinical manifestations, its diagnosis is mainly carried out through the sweat test which is the gold standard before the clinical suspicion of this pathology, the treatment is aimed at improving the quality of life and health status of the patient by treating or preventing complications, because there is no cure. The case study carried out refers to a male patient, 1 year 4 months of age who goes to the emergency service, accompanied by his mother for presenting, irritability, agitation, cough with expectoration, temperature 38.4 ° C, meteorism , poor stools, low weight and growth retardation, as well as having a personal history of recurrent respiratory infections, pneumonia 6 months ago and gastroenteritis at one year of age; which has as a general objective to apply the Process of Nursing Care to the patient with Cystic Fibrosis to improve their quality of life and to treat or prevent their complications. The nursing assessment based on the functional patterns of Marjory Gordon allowed to identify the health problems that affect the patient and through the Nursing Care Process with the Nanda, Nic and Noc taxonomies, the nursing diagnoses, the interventions and results were established. useful to improve the quality of patient health care. |
