Today, companies work with a large amount of information for the purpose of managing this documentation that is generated in an institution, which is why the following is proposed: The feasibility study for the development of a documentary management software for processes of the FAFI When talking about document management this refers to the use of technology and processes which allow the unification and management of the documentation that is generated by the institution. With the implementation of these you have a reality very different from what you normally get. When faced with a modern world in which new tools are used such as electronic files, email, etc. Nowadays, the institution does not have a document management system, which leads to the storage and safekeeping of information that is valuable to the institution and makes it difficult to locate a document or file. Currently there are several incidents in the search for information because it is slow at the time of locating it and that delays the other processes that take place in the institution, since they waste time in the location of the documentation.
