Sumari:Nursing must take into account the particular needs of all patients in order to teach them and their families to take care of themselves effectively, solve health problems and meet the care needs of patients Through this case, we will talk about one of the common neoplasms in the spleen, addressing the clinical treatment of a 23-year-old male patient with a clinical picture of pain or a sensation of pressure in the upper left part of the abdomen that radiates to the left shoulder of great intensity, whom Later, he was diagnosed with a splenic tumor. That is why in this clinical case we will talk about cancer, its treatment and the care that care can provide to improve the needs of the patient and his family. The practice of care changed during the course that has gone from being considered as an art, to developing its own conceptual framework. This professionalization of care with activities carried out by nurses responds to a specific health need in the areas of: promotion, treatment and prevention. The objective of this review is the recreation and exemplification, through pictorial representation, of the findings in splenic pathology through radiological studies and cross-sectional imaging (A., 2018). This case study allowed recognizing each health problem that the patient presents and prioritizing nursing interventions and thus obtaining favorable results for the patient. This case study focuses specifically on the nursing process applied to a 23-year-old patient with an intra-abdominal tumor.
