description In the world there are 285 million blind people around the world, of which 39 million are blind in their totality and 246 million are people of low vision ranges, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), they are not associated with the technology of harmonic form since there are not many applications or projects that try to reduce the digital divide that exists in the blind people and the informatics sciences. People who are disabled in the most useful sense after the thought that is the vision are affected in several ways as there are no applications that try to solve the small problems that they in their daily or regular life possess, problems such as lack of decision making that benefit them in the economic, or social field. The small application is focused on some of those failures that have not been solved as giving them security with the product they have in hand is the one that really needs, as well as the price that it has is in accordance with what they want. Significantly improving your ability that all human beings must never lose, the ability to make decisions based on which we believe most convenient. The prototype will be developed with a software development system called Unified National Process (R.U.P). Thus allowing an acceptable prototype and functional in an approximate period of three months, aiming to provide a better management and control of procurement of articles in such people. It would also allow the use of everyday things when performing functions or requests on the Smartphone, such as managing your purchases. It should be stressed that the management of applications for blind people is still an area without exploration, since most of the applications in the play store are for ordinary people, people who do not have any loss of body senses.

Babahoyo: UTBIng.
