Sammanfattning:The present clinical case study is about a 35-year-old female patient who went to see her doctor for abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, where through a computed tomography her doctor observed that she had fat in the liver. The nutritional assessment of the patient is carried out through anthropometric, biochemical, nutritional and dietary assessment, in reference to the anthropometric assessment, he presents a weight of 81.8 kg and a height of 163 cm, which reflects in his BMI obesity grade I, he also presents a ICC of 0.90, which indicates that she has a high risk of presenting cardiovascular diseases, in relation to her biochemical values, the patient presents altered liver enzyme TGO: 42.83 U/L, TGP: 76.23 U/L y GGT: 221.40 U/L with a diagnosis of fatty liver In terms of diet, the patient presents an excessive consumption of high-calorie foods. A personalized eating plan of 2000 kcal per day was used, which contains all the food groups and is rich in fiber, healthy fats, proteins and complex carbohydrates in order to help the patient correct her bad eating habits and improve her nutritional condition.
