Estudio de la comunicación asertiva en las relaciones interpersonales de la comunidad del sector La Judith del cantón Quevedo, año 2021

Assertiveness is a communicative strategy that allows to improve behavior and create tolerable people in the face of aggressiveness difficulties in the family nucleus; Communication is an essential action between people, in the workplace, family, and community so that there is adequate coexistence. The research work allowed to know if assertive communication is present in the inhabitants of the La Judith sector of the Quevedo canton, preliminary the location of bibliographic information was carried out, to know the state of the art regarding the research variables, several authors arrive at the conclusion that assertiveness are communicative strategies that allow improving behaviors and finding tolerable people in the face of aggressiveness difficulties in the family nucleus. The research methodology was proposed under a qualitative design that contemplates the use of documentary methods and techniques, which provide the means for the fulfillment of the proposed objectives; The population is constituted by a total of 130 inhabitants divided into 50 families, the formula of Qualitative variables was applied with a finite population or of known size, resulting in 45 people interviewed. The results obtained allowed us to identify that in the sector there is a bad relationship that has led to bad interpersonal relationships due to the lack of assertive communication of its inhabitants, short-term solutions are proposed by giving talks, seminars and information dissemination on the importance of assertive communication currently.
