| Samenvatting: | Today, companies face constant changes and the demands of competitiveness, both in terms of functional development and organizational planning, organization, coordination, command and control, all need the guidance of administrative management to achieve high levels of demand. , as well as better management of company assets. The company "Comercial Oruliaceros" of the city of Babahoyo, began its activities in 1999, where its main activity is the import of spare parts for agricultural machinery, as well as for vehicles in general. It should be noted that there are currently shortcomings in terms of its operational processes such as cost overruns, repetitive activities, in addition there is evidence of poor job performance by the company's employees, thus causing customer dissatisfaction which has a negative impact on the organization. The objective of this work is to design an internal control audit for the company "Comercial Oruliaceros". As a result, management streamlines operations, focusing on improving financial reporting, increasing production levels, implementing internal controls to achieve schedule compliance, and identifying activities that have a significant impact on production. In turn, it is found that management has an impact on the operations of the manufacturing sector, which can introduce improvements that increase the productivity of the company. As a methodological framework, field and descriptive research was used, since it allows identifying the aspects related to the problems that exist in the company, either with the productive and business situation through the research instrument such as the interview and questionnaire. |
