The proposal stems from the need to create strategies that can reduce the impact of chronic degenerative diseases; through preventive checkups offered by the laboratory, available to the entire population. Applying the knowledge obtained during the specialization in health services management, strategic platform is designed for the laboratory, and the regulations under which the proposal would establish selected. To determine the set of tests for early detection screening, studies describing the population of Medellin and its main health problems were reviewed, the most important etiologies, risk factors, specific possibilities for intervention were analyzed; and then the medical literature and clinical was revised to define test group schemes that conform preventive checkups |

En el documento se presenta teóricas vinculadas a los estudios de factibilidad, se describen conceptualizaciones básicas que guían la investigación dentro del campo empresarial, afín al título a obtener, estructurando una plataforma estratégica en beneficio de los ciudadanos del recinto El Mate, complementando el servicio del subcentro de salud. La propuesta se origina en la necesidad de crear estrategias que puedan disminuir el impacto de las enfermedades degenerativas crónicas; por medio de chequeos preventivos ofrecidos por el laboratorio, al alcance de toda la población. Aplicando los conocimientos obtenidos durante la especialización en administración de servicios de salud, se diseñó la plataforma estratégica para el laboratorio, y se seleccionó la normatividad bajo la cual se establecería la propuesta.
