In this study, the creation of a web application using php, html, perl and javascript technologies is proposed, which will be hosted on a web server, with total accessibility to it, from anywhere in the world, 27 hours a day; Putting into practice the knowledge acquired throughout the professional training, without involving unfathomable knowledge, in order to make the application more sensitive to future alterations in its functionality, but without leaving aside, the security controls in this system such as priority for safeguards the integrity of the information. |

Desde esta perspectiva, esta investigación fue elaborada con la finalidad de implementar tecnologías informáticas dentro de las actividades operativas de la institución no gubernamental Centro Cristiano de Babahoyo que brinda servicios a la sociedad, para así mejorar sus beneficios a favor de un sano vivir en la comunidad Babahoyense. Planteando en este caso de estudio la mejor tarjeta de presentación para la institución mediante la creación de una aplicación web, que aumenta su alcance, prestigio, calidad y también permite que los usuarios aumenten su nivel de confianza en los servicios que ofrece, a través del internet, mediante los diferentes dispositivos electrónicos como celulares, tablet y computadoras.
