Análisis del estado de situación turístico de la Casa de Olmedo y los factores que impiden su desarrollo

This research is aimed at the ¨Analysis of the State of Tourist Situation of the Olmedo’s House and the Factors that Prevent Its Development, in the year 2020¨, intends to strengthen the population in the tourist sense and integrator of the historical value that represents the Olmedo’s House, because with the passage of time and the course of space has been of little interest for the population and for government authorities, promoting the recognition and protection of this historical heritage. The present case study seeks to investigate the Olmedo’s House to contribute to historical information allowing the influx and increase of tourists and economic income, motivated by the preservation of this material asset, therefore, caring for and giving interest to this heritage demonstrates an important value for the inhabitants of the Babahoyo Canton. This case study aims to develop the Olmedo’s House, because it is an important resource that the Babahoyo Canton preserves. This tourist resource is located near the shore of the Babahoyo River in the making of La Virginia, which does not have an abundance of tourists.
