Esta Institución sin fines de lucro fue fundada en la ciudad de Babahoyo el 22 de junio del año 1985, estando ubicado desde ese entonces en las calles Flores y Vargas Machuca. El objetivo principal de esta entidad es ayudar a niños de escasos recursos mediante un programa de patrocinio, guiándolos en diversas áreas, socioemocional, cognitivo, espiritual, desarrollo físico y vocacional.
