Habilidades profesionales y su aporte en la gestión documental de las secretarias de la Hacienda La Julia

This research story is entitled professional skills and their contribution in documentary management. In which we observe the deficiency that secretaries present in their related activities in the commissions of documents that manage in the Hacienda Julia of the canton Babahoyo, as a general objective the analysis is to know what relationship exists between the role of secretaries and administrative processes. The methodological and information-gathering processes were exploratory, descriptive and correlational their designs were non-experimental, field and bibliographic, the methodology applied were the analytical inductive methods that allowed the confrontation of the different theories that were selected and validated to describe variables and structure the theoretical sustenance. It was also considered a population, of 10 people involved in the problem. To this end, the following techniques were applied such as the observation, interview and questionnaire that were the tools that served to obtain the information required to the investigation. This process allowed the analysis of the results by concluding this work showing in the problem raised.
