Summary:The psychological well-being can be conceptualized as the advancement of the preponderances and individual progress, in which the subject will manifest effectively being well with himself and in life, as he distinguishes within himself the impression of well-being, while assertiveness is the ability that can have an individual to express in a concrete and simple way the desires, feelings, ideas, personal rights, negative or positive emotions and with this does not harm others to be sincere The positive attitude of coping with stress allows not to be influenced by anger, disappointment or other negative factors, so that it makes decisions that leave an open channel of communication with others, respecting itself, but it must be emphasized that during the human advancement in the adolescence stage physical and psychic changes are experienced that can cause problems, therefore, the person must obtain psychological well-being as a tool to live entirely. The objective of this research is to establish the relationship between stress coping styles and psychological well-being in children of the Basic Education School "Celeste Carlier Fuentes", which was considered a sample of 150 respondents, among students, parents of family and teachers. After assessing the adolescents, with the data obtained the descriptive statistical process was worked on and with the results when interpreting them, the hypothesis that stress coping styles are related to the psychological well-being of the children is accepted. According to the above, it was necessary to elaborate the proposal, which offers an Information Program on stress coping styles to maintain psychological well-being, establishing an integral formation in children.
