To obtain this information it was necessary to use qualitative and quantitative design, through bibliographic, diagnostic and descriptive research, supported in the techniques of survey ingencing and observation. The results of this project based on semiotic analysis define that the message within the cartoon focuses on the interests of the popular sectors. |
