In conclusion, due to the high frequency and prevalence of tuberculosis in the Ecuadorian population, it is important to implement each and every one of the biosafety measures to reduce the spread of these diseases. It is also important that there is a timely diagnosis and efficient treatment. current TB-positive patients to prevent the spread of the disease. |

It is also important that there is a timely diagnosis and efficient treatment. current TB-positive patients to prevent the spread of the disease.La tuberculosis en la actualidad es una infección qué se deriva de la Mycobacterium tuberculosis qué principalmente se da en los pulmones, tal es el caso que a nivel global continúa siendo una de las patologías más mortales con un aproximado de 100.000 nuevos casos según los datos estadísticos qué se conoce, además en el presente estudio de caso se pretende analizar la influencia de las acciones de enfermería en relación a la prevención de tuberculosis para que se beneficie el óptimo estado de salud de los adultos jóvenes atendidos en el centro de salud puertas negra. Además, El diseño de la investigación fue mixto ya que se implementó la investigación y revisión sistemática acordé a los datos obtenidos de las diversas plataformas con el objetivo de poder sustentar las bases teóricas y a su vez la implementación de encuestas las cuales permitieron identificar de manera directa las dificultades dentro de la muestra de estudio y a su vez determinar cuáles son las incidencias qué se presentan con respecto a la prevención de tuberculosis en adultos jóvenes.
