Programa de capacitación del Centro Comunal “Cristo del Consuelo” y su impacto en el desarrollo social en la Ciudad de Babahoyo, periodo 2024.

This research project is developed within the Cristo de Consuelo Community Center, with RUC number Nº 0991464689001, located in the city of Babahoyo. It is a community organization that is subject to the general regime, it specializes in providing social services to the community with its focus on promoting cultural, social and economic growth for both its members and society. The general objective was to determine the impact of the training service of the "Cristo del Consuelo" Community Center on the social development of the Babahoyo community during the period 2024. The research modality was mixed (quali-quantitative), because theoretical foundations of the variables will be exposed and in the same way related data will be presented between training programs and social development of the institution under study. Based on the results of the quantitative research, it was established that Spearman's analysis suggests a strong positive relationship between the training program and the social development of the participants. The greater the perception of the course's impact on quality of life, the greater the probability of finding employment or starting a business, confirming the research hypothesis.
