Proceso de atención de enfermería a un paciente conapendicitis aguda

Appendicitis is inflammation of the appendix, a closed tube of tissue that isattached to the large intestine in the lower right part of the abdomen. Inflammation can occur when the appendix is infected or blocked with the pieces, with the objects or the tumor. In the present case study is based on a problem at the abdominal level with pain in the right iliac fossa at the navel level in any of its positions in the form of a belt that radiates to the back and spine, for this reason, the present study of clinical case aims to apply the process of nursing care to a patient with acute appendix. In this pathology, in general, in writing, the evolution of their symptoms is described, however, the circumstances, an atypical or masked picture may occur mainly in pregnant women, children and the elderly, therefore, it is important to know their anatomy, physiopathology and clinical picture, as well as the phases of the disease and in order to rule out most of the differential diagnoses are supported by the laboratories of medicine to give the exact treatment and decrease the morbidity and mortality of the patient suffering from this pathology. When applying the diagnosis, it is important to know if they are correct or not correctly.Another primary reason that applies to the patient is good quality care and warmth in medical care to obtain favorable results and improve their health, and perform all procedures to achieve the objective that is implemented
