总结:Burns are defined as the injury that occurs to the skin or deeper tissues caused by the sun, hot liquids, fire, electricity or chemicals (WHO, 2020). However, the severity of most burns will be related to the size and depth of the injury. However, it is important to mention that electrical burns are more difficult to diagnose, because they can cause very serious injuries under the skin without showing signs of surface damage (WHO, 2020). The clinical picture that occurs in a burn, whether of the first, second or third degree, will vary from a slight discomfort to a possible emergency with risk of death, depending on the size and depth (degree) of the burn (WHO, 2020). The present clinical case is addressed to a 46-year-old male patient who is admitted to the hospital due to III degree burns. Therefore, it is decided to develop an action plan that guarantees quality and continuity of care through the Nursing Care Process that will help us evaluate the results obtained through the application of the NANDA, NOC and NOC throughout your hospital stay.
