Recaudación Y Registro De Los Ingresos De La Fundación Centro De Desarrollo Integral Misión De Intercesión Familiar

In Ecuador there is an important group of foundations that are dedicated to the work one of them is the MUNDION INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION OF FAMILY INTERVENTION whose mission is to free children from the poverty of the province of Los Ríos. In view of the deplorable conditions of life of the infants of the Province of Los Ríos, dedicated to the begging in the surroundings arose the CENTER FOUNDATION INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT MISSION OF FAMILY INTERVENTION in the year 1985 founded by the Lord Rev. Everett Swanson, who started working on behalf of these children rescuing them from the streets providing a home with food and clothing. To this end, the foundation has four programs aimed at children of the Province, these are the programs for Child Survival, Sponsorship and, Leadership and Complementary intervention where children and mothers who are in gestation receiving benefits such as medical checks that promote the healthy development of child up to three years old, medical follow-ups, help in the field of both education, health, economic and even a vocational orientation towards community assistance. The institution receives two types of income to fulfill these tasks, those of self-management that comes from the sale of lunches and tickets to the cinema, and donations from a benefaction foundation called Compassion International. To register this income, the entity has an accounting system called SIIDEN which is not in a network and is not automated being managed by a 3 person who does not have the skills to manage the system or possess the knowledge on accounting science necessary to perform this function. This causes difficulties in the registration of income, which causes imbalances in the daily operations of the CENTRO DE DESARROLLO INTEGRAL FOUNDATION MISSION OF FAMILY INTERVENTION. These imbalances result in a weakening of relations with the different providers of the foundation and consequently the performance of their social work is increasingly affected, a situation that causes some of the beneficiaries to opt for the cancellation of their participation in the Organization. This research is addressed in the sub-line of Financial Management and Social Commitment provided by the School of Accounting and Auditing of the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Computing.
