The present clinical case is of a 65-year-old male patient, who comes to the emergency area of the Iess Babahoyo General Hospital with a 1-month clinical history characterized by post-surgical injury of the penis accompanied by pain at the level of the rectum, through medical tests, cancer is diagnosed right anus. Through the application of the nursing care process, all the necessary care is provided according to the patient´s needs based on the symptoms presented to significantly improve the patient´s clinical condition. |
