Riassunto:This case study was carried out in the company of Construcciones, Mantenimiento Civil y Eléctricas CMCER S.A. located in the city of Babahoyo, which is responsible for providing installation, repair and maintenance services for electrical system networks, construction of civil works. The purpose of the case is to evaluate the work performance of the administrative staff of the company CMCER S.A because there are administrative problems related to the overload of activities, such as: updating, modification and generation of contracts, customer service, field area inspections. The methodology used is made up of the type of descriptive and exploratory research, since it allowed to collect, analyze and interpret information about the problematic situation, for this, deductive and inductive methods were used that helped determine derived situations that affect the evaluation of work performance. of the Administrative Area. Research techniques were also used: direct observation and survey by applying instruments that collected information that supports the study. The results obtained were: that the human talent of the Administrative Area is subject to work overload due to the fact that there is not enough personnel for the development of work activities, Company management does not carry out internal analysis that allows the identification of needs in the recruitment of personnel and the coordination between the Administrative and Operational areas is incorrect due to the weak internal control executed by the human talent of administration.
