總結:Burns are one of the most common conditions that can be of the first, second and third degree, being related to domestic or work calamities, being their reasons for appearance. It is a trauma present in the skin caused by thermal, chemical, radioactive and electrical agents, altering the tissue proteins and negatively inducing the superficial integument, having as its end the death of the affected tissues. The purpose of the following case study is to apply the Nursing Care Process to a 33-week pregnant patient with a second-degree burn in the lower extremities, where a clinical assessment was carried out and the relevant laboratory tests were carried out. Based on the general objective, a cephalo-caudal examination was carried out, accompanied by an evaluation by functional patterns of Marjorie Gordon, where it was identified which patterns are altered, therefore, nursing diagnoses began to be developed to determine a care plan in based on the needs of the patient. A follow-up was carried out where the nursing interventions were the important element in the patient's improvement, as well as the pharmacological treatment that was administered under medical prescription, thus avoiding complications such as the risk of bacterial infection and hypovolemic shock. Using essential tools for its development, such as the Nanda (diagnostics), Nic (interventions), Noc (results) taxonomies, which allowed me to evaluate the results achieved, with the aim of recovering health during the healing process of the burn, fulfilling our objectives set out in this case study.
