إضافة وسم | الملخص: | Bacterial pneumonia is an infection of the lungs caused by bacteria, it is the acute inflammatory process of the pulmonary parenchyma with occupation of the interstitial air space, radiologically identifiable, and manifested by the clinic being dependent on the age group. At the national level, the INEC reported that pneumonia is the main cause of morbidity in our child population: child morbidity with 20.8% in children under 1 year old; 31.5% in children from 1 to 4 years old; 6.7% in the group of 5 to 9 years, and 2.4% among children of 10-14 years. (INEC NEUMONIA, 2018). The objective of the clinical case is to apply the nursing care process in a patient with Bacterial pneumonia, hospitalized in the Pediatric Unit area of the San Francisco de Quito hospital. Applying the nursing care process to promote sanitary conditions and a considerable improvement in clinical manifestations, being the fundamental medical treatment and the nursing care plan. This information contributes to improving and reducing the complication of the pathology by prioritizing interventions, carrying out an exhaustive evaluation of the applied plan. |
