Dodaj etykietę | Streszczenie: | The present work was based on carrying out the process of nursing care in a preterm newborn male of 35 weeks of gestation with a medical diagnosis of respiratory distress syndrome, since this pathology is frequent in premature neonates and diabetic mothers, or They have given birth by means of caesarean sections, for which purpose it is intended to determine the causes of the problem in the newborn and to carry out nursing actions that can contribute to alleviating the signs and symptoms of the patient and thus improve their health status. The methodology used was framed to the investigation of the causes, clinical picture, treatments, and diagnoses of the pathology, for this different data collection methods were used like interviews, physical valuation, by systems and functional and dysfunctional health patterns according to To the theory of Marjory Gordon, after this, nursing diagnoses were elaborated related to the observed conditions and interventions that were executed in order to improve the patient's health status.
