הוספת תג | סיכום: | The present final report of the thesis addressed the study of the relationship established between uterine atony and immediate postpartum hemorrhage in adolescents aged 14-19 years, seen at León Becerra Milagro Hospital, in the period between October 2018 - April 2019. In the scientific activity displayed, the relevant variables are uterine atony and postpartum hemorrhage. Data collection had as an essential basis the review and consequent analysis of the clinical histories of the adolescents studied. In the course of the investigation to comply with the programmed objectives we worked with a sample of 169 adolescents intentionally chosen, as those who presented postpartum haemorrhage, the main finding was a diagnosis of the conditions that caused uterine atony and consequently postpartum hemorrhage, arriving at conclusions that if taken into account by the hospital authorities, would help to reduce the appearance of atony in adolescents and, logically, postpartum hemorrhage. |
