| Tóm tắt: | Introduction.- In the present research project "Nursing care and its relation with the prevention of diabetic foot complications, within the scope of health, nursing care that must be provided to patients must be continuous and executed. optimally, so it is considered the main alternative in the prevention and care of diabetic foot ulcers Objectives.- To establish the relationship of nursing care with the prevention of diabetic foot complications in patients attended in the Babahoyo General Hospital, Los Ríos, October 2018-April 2019, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their patients. Family Methodology.- It is a Descriptive-Analytical research.- using the technique of the survey and direct observation, and for data collection in the field the questionnaire with pre-elaborated questions. Results: In the research group there was predominance in age group of 50 to 64 years with 51.76%, over the group of more than 64 years. There is a lack of knowledge about the symptoms of this disease, which prevents us from being able to carry out preventive actions against factors such as active smoking, deficient nutrition and self-care in the diabetic foot. Conclusions.- There is a direct relationship between the large influx and complications in patients with diabetic foot and the lack of self-care of the diabetic foot, due to the failure to deliver in a timely and very explanatory way the nursing self-care norms. |
