The purpose of this research was done in order to develop an inventory and billing system, through the use of tools such as the PostgreSQL database manager system, JAVA programming language, IDE NetBeans. For the investigation of the problem, the descriptive, qualitative methodology was used, making use of the interview research tool for data collection and thus knowing what are the processes that are carried out within the Agroveterinaria "Alcívar" with the respective interview directed to the owner of the Agroveterinary and the employee. Through the results obtained, it was announced that it is important to have the system because it will allow optimizing, streamlining and guaranteeing the safety of the processes within the company, in addition to the fact that the processes have been guided under Agrocality parameters that ensure quality certification. longed for.
