Estrés relacionado al cuidado de un adulto mayor de un adolescente en el catón Puebloviejo

The present case study aimed to describe the reason for how stress is related in the adolescent who is in the care of an older adult with adjustment disorder, in order to give this diagnosis, techniques such as the medical history, the semi – interview were used, structured observation techniques and applied tests. In the case, it was found that the family nucleus is affected by the separation of the parents and change due to the pandemic due to covid-19, as well as the change of housing and the care of the elderly that is the cause of stress in the adolescent. Through the implementation of a treatment plan based on a cognitive behavioral model, it will help the patient to modify some cognitive distractions and behavior.
