All this affects the bank's portfolio and its transactional operations, on the other hand, the Cooperative does not have a good planning so that its members pay on time or within the established terms the fees that are presented in said agreement. |

Mediante la técnica de investigación implementada se pudo detectar que, uno de los problemas más representativo en la Cooperativa es el atraso a los pagos de los créditos que son otorgados a los socios, la morosidad por no cancelar, deudas por hipotecas, entre otras más.
