| Shrnutí: | The present project "School social climate, from the perception of students and teachers of the Educational Unit May 24 in San Juan Parish, Canton Puebloviejo, has as general objective to know the true social climate and pedagogical management of them. In this way, a proposal is made of teaching strategies that enable and foster interaction among all students; Offering teachers an effective model of cooperative learning adapted to the needs of the classroom. In conclusion, one of the problems that affects the academic quality of students is the lack of a good classroom climate, so the teacher should be interested in creating that pleasant environment where students feel part of the teaching- Learning, there is a satisfactory coexistence, union, cooperation between peers. That the students can count on illuminated classrooms, with good ventilation, organization and aesthetics. |
