Revenues are considered the main source of development in a company, which motivates managers to seek new horizons and be recognized for the quality of the service they provide. This work was carried out through explanatory research as a research subline of the accounting information management, using tools such as: observation and analysis of the income records of the annual periods of the 2016 - 2017 economic year; that allowed us to detect the problem to be studied. |
