Gaia:Acute lithiasic cholecystitis is one of the most spectacular pathologies and is caused by the inflammation that occurs in the walls of the gallbladder, which can lead to chronic cholecystitis, this is the cause of more abdominal pain in the emergency room. In 95% of cases it is produced mainly by stones that block the cystic duct, the other percentage is due to inflammation of the duct mucosa or other factors such as alcohol intake, trauma, diabetes, this being 5% cholecystitis acute alliasis. These cases increase annually, in Ecuador according to the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses it occupies the fourth place in mortality in ages 25 to 40 years, showing that it is more prone in women than in men, these risks increase in sex female in pregnancy, when using contraceptives and in the menopause period due to hormonal treatments, while in males this pathology is conditioned by alcohol consumption, weight gain, tobacco and metabolic disorders. Applying the process of nursing care in the 39-year-old patient with acute lithiasic cholecystitis, it will be evidenced through the patterns of M. Gordon, altered patterns and planning nursing care and interventions basing these actions on the theory of V. Henderson will be able to restore the altered patterns and the affected needs and thus improve the comfort of the patient while they have been admitted.
