Résumé:This research has shown us that education currently faces the challenge of using technological tools to provide benefits to teachers with the necessary teaching resources and knowledge that are currently required. Therefore, the objective of proposing a teaching didactic strategy to improve teaching performance at CECIB Rumiñahui, Ventanas 2021 was raised. In this sense, the proposed methodology was based on a non-experimental design with a type of Applied-Mixed-Explanatory research. , given that it was sought to present a solution to the problem identified as teaching performance, where the study population was made up of 37 people, including teachers and parents from CECIB Rumiñahui. The results showed that 56.76% of the respondents show certain limitations of the teachers to respond to the educational approach, also 43.24% believe that even the teachers in their performance do not achieve an adequate understanding with their students and also 43.94% consider that the teachers are academically prepared to fulfill their teaching role. Finally, it was concluded with the elaboration of a proposal for the implementation of a didactic teaching strategy in order to improve the teaching performance in the CECIB Rumiñahui, Ventanas. 2021, the proposal shows a very significant level of relationship between the didactic strategy and teacher performance with a high positive relationship of Rho = 0.853.
