Evaluación del sistema de facturación del almacén Marún ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo provincia de Los Ríos 2019

This case study carries out the evaluation of the Marún warehouse billing system through the application of software quality standards which are divided into four: quality model, external metrics, internal metrics, quality of use metrics. From the aforementioned standard only external software quality metrics and quality of use metrics are taken as a reference because the software is already in production and only an external analysis can be performed. For this, it was also very useful and helpful to establish under which methodology the work was going to be done, for this purpose the descriptive research methodology was planted with its qualitative method, a technique was used through an interview based on open questions and tools such as a notebook, audio etc, all this gave us a favorable result because we could have the desired information. After applying these standards, a result was obtained that the warehouse system is not a quality software because it does not meet the appropriate requirements regarding external metrics and quality of use. The last one presents the conclusions reached with the study
