The objectives of the investigation are also detailed.En esta investigación se busca poner en marcha un sistema contable informático para optimizar la planificación tributaria de la Distribuidora “Velsuar”, que admita determinar el pago justo de impuestos y un fiel cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y entidades de control, lo cual le permitirá tener una herramienta valiosa para obtener información real y oportuna, para lograr alcanzar una administración eficiente y efectiva. En el desarrollo del marco teórico se describen los principales temas de un sistema contable informático en línea, entre los cuales podemos mencionar: los aspectos generales, las características, los controles internos como una herramienta de control. Entre las técnicas de investigación utilizadas fueron elaboradas encuestas, que permitieron recabar información sobre el sistema contable informático que utilizan las microempresas, así como los reportes que generan.
