Mareauto S.A., is a corporation of Corporación Maresa Holding, has about 20 years of considerable experience in the rental of medium and long term vehicles. Currently the Mareauto S.A. It has 51 employees, not all of whom are affiliated with the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute. The present research work will analyze one of the most important obligations that an employer must perform from the employment perspective specifically when you have people working under your responsibility, these obligations must be fulfilled by the employer from the beginning of work of the company until the same make the respective hiring of new employees. It is very important and essential for the company that the employer is up to date with its obligations as employer, because the consequences that may result from the breach of these obligations can be especially burdensome in case of a social security inspection
