Summary:In the current investigation we have the introduction various respiratory infections have been treated by the application of nebulized antibiotics, within the respiratory infections treated with this type of nebulized drugs we have: bronchiectasis and in cystic fibrosis (QF), the main objective is To determine the efficacy of nebulized tobramycin treatment in elderly patients with pulmonary fibrosis who attend the Enrique Ponce Luque maternal and child center during the period of May-September 2019, this study uses an inductive, quantitative and qualitative approach methodology, thanks to these We obtain the following results where it is determined that the use of nebulized tobramycin is important in the treatment of this disease, which led us to the conclusions determining that the nebulized tobramycin is effective in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis since it has been seen reflected in the reset The health of the patient showing a growing improvement in 97% of patients with this disease, this conclusion leads us to propose a solution proposal which aims to develop a plan of informative talks on prevention and care of the pulmonary fibrosis in patients of the maternal and child center Enrique Ponce Luque.
