Summary:Artificial Insemination has many advantages compared to natural mating, but above all it allows the use of bulls with a superior quality of genetics, this helps to accelerate genetic gain and increase the uniformity of calves, all of which results in more productive and profitable calves. These new technologies open up a wide range of options to improve the reproductive efficiency of bovine systems during artificial insemination, but they will only be effective to the extent that accurate organization and evaluation of the entire process is achieved. Testing various hormones and combinations of hormones has helped protocols for regulating the cow's estrous cycle improve over time. Homogeneous animals will be used under the same environmental conditions in order to find differences and effects between treatments. The sample will be represented by 28 cattle which will be divided into a treatment group and a control group with seven replications. The inductive method will be used with a completely randomized design where it is applied to go from the particular to the general in an orderly, coherent and logical way, being used in the analysis of data and the collection of data of the results of the research
