Niveles de ventas de la Asociación de Trabajadores Agrícolas Autónomos del Recinto San Francisco de Soledad en el Cantón Simón Bolívar, periodo 2022

The purpose of this research work is to carry out an analysis of sales levels, as well as the negative points that contribute to having a low level of sales and the proposal of possible strategies for growth for the company. The research focus is the Association of Self-Employed Agricultural Workers of the San Francisco de Soledad Campus, a group of agricultural producers in the Simón Bolívar canton, whose field is the commercialization of cocoa in said area and its surroundings, thus providing a study generated in the sales of the period. 2022. The results of this investigative work show that the marketing strategies used do not have the relevant effectiveness for the association to have an acceptable performance in sales and that these strategies do not have an optimal reach to the desired audience, thus causing a competitive disadvantage for association and that it has a lack of participation in the market, among the negative points that affect the collection center is the administrative management deficiency due to which it is not possible to efficiently carry out the different administrative processes within the organization, triggering a poor experience. to the user and this in turn causing an imperfect customer loyalty process. Therefore, after having carried out the survey and the MEFI matrix, it was recommended to carry out a market analysis to understand consumer preferences, current product demand and emerging trends in the cocoa market in order to design appropriate growth strategies for increase sales.
